Coda is a 7-year-old Portuguese Water Dog with a goofy, loving personality. He loves to play hard, especially outside, and after a good adventure he's more than happy to curl up on the couch for a long nap and some cuddles.

Coda is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and forms strong bonds with his people. He was previously trained as a PTSD service dog, so he has excellent manners and knows all of his basic commands. He's an intelligent dog who enjoys having a job and responds well to structure and consistency.

Like most Portuguese Water Dogs, Coda thrives with regular exercise and mental stimulation. When he's had an outlet for his energy, he's calm, happy, and a joy to be around. He does have some mild leash reactivity toward other dogs, so he'll do best with someone who understands that and is willing to continue working with him using positive reinforcement.
