Lulu was originally under my mother’s care and I had offered to foster her while she figured out something stable. It has been a year since then and it has proven difficult to provide an active and stimulating environment. I recently developed chronic ankle pain in my left foot and maintaining the routine Lulu deserves is increasingly difficult as the days go by. She deserves a loving and active parent who is equipped with proper resources to take care of her.
