Elita is a very high spirited dog! Although she had a rough start to life before we got her she has always been very loving and kind. Before I got her 6 years ago she had had some negative life experiences. This does cause her to be scared of brooms, vacuums, mops, and sandals. She does flinch commonly when she is being pet with new people but warms up very quickly. She may be 8 years old, but she still has the energy of a puppy. She is very loving and is a big cuddle bug. She loves to run around and play with other dogs. She is very friendly to other dogs and does well with kids usually around 4-5 and up. Elita is potty trained and kennel trained. She can do basic commands (sit, shake, stay, touch, lay down). Elita needs a home that will be able to provide her with the extra attention and activity that she needs. Elita is also very aware to emotions. She will comfort you when she can see you are sad and is protective always when on walks.
