Chief is 5 years old, and he’s an Australian shepherd mixed with border collie. He has a lot of energy so he needs regular walks or a lot of space to run around (fenced back yard or big land plot). He’s really sweet and favorite things to do are play with tennis balls or cuddle with anybody! He’s good with kids that are a little older but if you have younger kids that pull hair or anything like that he has growled at them before (has never bitten anybody). We have a toddler who is not the best with dogs and a newborn on the way which is why we must unfortunately find a better situation for him. He does shed so he needs to be brushed regularly or brought to the groomers on a regular basis. He has lived with another dog before but barks at other dogs when out on walks. He knows his basic commands such as sit, leave it, here, and more. Also knows a few tricks.
Hoping to find a person or family that is a great fit for Chief. He is great for families with older children, couples, or anyone living alone too. Someone that is active would be great as he loves to go on walks or hikes and being outdoors! He’s always looking to cuddle or play anytime you want too.

Would also include toys, kennel, leash, deshedding brush, and the rest of the dog food that we have.
