Eva Kubon-
Dog Walking Mentor

Animals of all types have always held a special place in Eva’s heart and she believes this was directly influenced by her mother who brought in strays & abandoned pets all of her life. While growing up in NYC & NJ, the family adopted and cared for three dogs, five cats, three ferrets, numerous fish, and a basilisk lizard! After moving away from home to attend Penn State University, Eva adopted two feisty & sassy gray kittens that became the light of her world.

Eva works as a Consultant with Deloitte and enjoys traveling, reading, and hiking in her spare time. She moved to Salt Lake City in March 2020, fostered a dog through the Humane Society of Utah in November 2020, and started volunteering at Ruff Haven in February 2021. She has cared for the kitties in the Purradise City Cat Room, assists with Dog Walking Orientations, and volunteers at Ruff Haven community events.
